   Sake is an exciting journey. Each kind of Sake is produced in different regions, giving a very unique aftertaste of that place, which cannot be found anywhere else.

   Having been tasted, drunk, and immersed in the sake cups of Ibaraki region, Ippin Vietnam's team is determined to bring this excellent drink to Vietnam, and for those who are into wine.

   Ippin Sake is imported directly from the province of Ibaraki (Japan), which has a famous brewery with more than 200 years of age, spanning 12 generations of the Yoshikubo family. In Vietnam, we are the first distributor of these branded products.

   Sake Ippin Vietnam is pleased to introduce to those who love Japanese Sake taste, featuring 3 outstanding flavors:

    • IPPIN Blue Ocean (Junmai): Traditional fermented sake without distillation, bringing a strong and robust aftertaste. When drinking, it will give a smooth taste with a little dry feeling in the mouth
    • IPPIN Black Forest (Junmai Daiginjo): Ideal sake fermented from rice, with a little aroma, a slight numbness and sweetness of pineapples
    • IPPIN Yuzu: Brings the freshness of citrons which blended in every drop of sake.

   The One and Only - The Seceret Sake Process 

   Sake Ippin is made from the best ingredients of Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture (Japan): excellent soft and pure water, plump and delicious rice from the field here.

   The fermentation process is carefully and carefully controlled with high accuracy, combined with the exclusive know-how passed down through 12 generations of the Yoshikubo family. Even in modern times, when many manufacturing steps have been technologyized with the help of computers, human hands and meticulousness cannot be replaced.
